About Us

For almost four decades, we have served our customers by rendering architectural services and delivering projects that, according to many of our clients, not only met but often exceeded their expectations.  Several of our projects have won local and national awards and have also been featured for their excellence in various national publications.  In the building process, it takes more than a set of plans and a builder to bring the structure to life - it takes that special someone with immense passion to make something great happen.  Passion is what drives us, and passion is what propels us to go "all out" for our clients.

Robert A. Mastriana

Partner

Robert is one of the founding partners of the firm as well as the firm's senior architect.  He earned his architectural degree from Kent State University.  He furthered his education by attending the Universita d/National in Florence, Italy and the Harvard Graduate School of Design.  

 

He is licensed in the State of Ohio, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth of Virgina, and State of Florida.  He also holds a General Contractor's license in the State of Florida.  He is a member of The American Institute of Architects, where he served as President at the state level for Ohio. He is also a member of the NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards).

 

Bob is very passionate about his work and it is evident in his projects located throughout the Mahoning Valley area.  He is the best traditional architect in our area and one of the few in the State of Ohio.  Bob is known for customizing your home and building it to meet your design wishes.

F. Paul Mastriana

Partner

Paul is one of the founding partners of the firm as well as the firm's Chief Operating Officer.  He earned his BS from Kent State University. His postgraduate and graduate studies were taken at: Kent State Univ., Cleveland State Univ., Case Western Reserve Univ., Capital Univ., and Certificate Work at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. 

 

While employed with British Petroleum (formerly Standard Oil of Ohio), Paul ghost authored a chapter titled "Segment Accounting" in the "Managerial and Cost Accountant's Handbook" published by Dow Jones-Irwin. While working on the Mercer County, Pa. Courthouse extensive renovation, Paul developed an extensive in-house computerized database and accounting system for tracking project costs.  He brings the business approach to the firm's projects, which has proven helpful in cost containment parameters for the client.

 

Paul is available to work with all clients in various project management and financial areas in order to contribute to the success of the projects.

Joe Cantanzriti

Design Build and Realtor

Joe started with the firm as a part-time intern while working towards his Bachelor and Master degrees in Architecture from Kent State University.  He now serves the firm on a regular basis.

 

Since completing his schooling for Architecture, Joe has also obtained his realtor's license and works in the real estate market as well.    The education and experience of architecture has proven a benefit in his real estate dealings just as the education and experience of the real estate business has greatly complimented his architecture advancements.

Joe has the unique ability to understand the clients wishes while incorporating  important real estate aspects and transform them into architectural designs.
